Team Entry Fee: $60.00

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please include the following in your mailed roster:

Coach’s Names + USAG Number

Gymnast Information:

USAG Number + Level (and division for men’s Level 3-6) + Gymnast T-shirt sizes

Competitors must have valid USAG number prior to competition.

Coaches must have a current USAG membership and Safety Certification.

Every participating gymnast will receive an athlete's gift

Refund Policy

Full Refund for individual cancellation - December 30th 2026

50% Refund afterwards with Doctors note before January 24th 2027
